ORIGYN

ORIGYN is an anonymous industrial electronic duo from Atlanta, Georgia, comprised of T.O. and NYX. Concealed behind featureless black masks, the pair deliberately remove individual identity from the spotlight, allowing the music, visuals, and atmosphere to become the focus of the experience.

Built on a foundation of industrial electronics, cinematic sound design, fractured rhythms, and immersive visual storytelling, ORIGYN creates music that feels like a transmission from a world suspended somewhere between machine and memory. T.O. constructs dense sonic landscapes from behind a console of synthesizers, sequencers, and electronics, while NYX delivers haunting vocal performances that move between vulnerability and confrontation. Together they create an experience that is as much visual and emotional as it is musical.

Their debut EP, Funeral Instructions for Machines, serves as the opening chapter in an expanding conceptual universe. Across five interconnected tracks—"Prayer.EXE," "Human Error 404," "I Ate the Dial-Tone," "God is Buffering," and "Birds Don't Use Elevators"—ORIGYN explores themes of technological decay, digital grief, corrupted communication, and the increasingly blurred boundary between artificial intelligence and human consciousness.

Live, ORIGYN transforms venues into immersive environments. Stark monochrome imagery, synchronized visuals, industrial lighting, smoke, and their unmistakable faceless silhouettes create performances that feel less like traditional concerts and more like cinematic installations.
