About these terms
These terms govern use of the Autumn + Colour website, merchandise store, and Studio. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Separate artist, distribution, licensing, or other signed agreements remain governed by their own terms.
Accounts and permitted use
Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You must have legal capacity to make a purchase or act with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Team members may use administrative tools only within the permissions assigned to them and only for accounts and content they are authorized to manage.
Do not use the services for unlawful activity, infringe others' rights, impersonate someone, upload malicious material, interfere with the website, or attempt to bypass security or access restrictions. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized account use.
Products, prices, and payments
Product descriptions, available variants, prices, and stock are shown in the store. Review the selected size, quantity, delivery address, and checkout total before paying. Taxes and shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Product images are illustrative; screen colors and printing can differ from the physical item. If a product, price, or availability error affects an order, we will contact you about the correction or cancellation and any refund due. We do not substitute products or charge an increased amount without your agreement.
Production and shipping
Some products are stocked and fulfilled directly by Autumn + Colour. Other products are made to order and fulfilled through Printful. An order containing both types may arrive in separate shipments with different production and delivery times.
Any stated dispatch or delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Preorder details, where offered, appear with the product. We will communicate material delays and provide any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law. Ensure your delivery details are correct and contact us promptly about an address change.
Cancellations, returns, and order problems
For cancellations, returns, exchanges, missing packages, or damaged or incorrect items, contact info@autumnandcolour.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may help us assess a damaged or incorrect item. Please obtain return instructions before sending an item back.
Cancellation or changes may not be possible once an item has entered production or shipped. Eligibility for a change-of-mind return or exchange depends on any conditions disclosed for the product at purchase and applicable law; contact us before ordering if you need clarification. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights relating to faulty goods, misdescription, delivery, cancellation, or refunds.
Music, artwork, and submissions
Music, artwork, photographs, logos, text, and other materials belong to Autumn + Colour or their respective owners. Access to the website does not grant a license to reproduce, distribute, commercially use, or otherwise exploit those materials beyond permission expressly provided or rights allowed by law.
You retain ownership of material you submit. You confirm you have the rights needed to submit it and authorize us to store, review, and use it to respond to your submission or perform the service you request. Submitting music does not create a recording, distribution, management, or licensing agreement or guarantee a response.
Studio and social publishing
Studio supports authorized team members in preparing content and delivering it to selected connected accounts. Only connect accounts you are authorized to manage. Review the destination, copy, media, and required approvals before initiating delivery. You are responsible for necessary music, image, likeness, and other content rights.
Third-party platform terms and permissions apply to connected services. Features depend on platform availability and authorization. For TikTok uploads, the account holder finishes publishing in TikTok. A queued or planned post is not confirmation that it has been published. Check the delivery status and destination platform.
AI-assisted drafts can contain mistakes. Review their accuracy and rights before use. We may restrict administrative access or suspend a connection to address security concerns, misuse, or loss of authorization.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information, including purchases, submissions, and connected social accounts. Our Cookie Policy describes browser storage choices. External streaming, payment, social, and other services may have their own terms and policies.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the services available and accurate, but interruptions and errors may occur. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of third-party content and AI-generated drafts. These terms do not exclude any warranty, liability, or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We are not responsible for failures of third-party platforms outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes, suspension, and questions
We may update the services and these terms. Changes will be identified by the updated date, with additional notice where required. The terms applicable when an order is placed govern that order unless you agree otherwise or law requires a change.
