Autumn + Colour operates this website, merchandise store, and the Studio tools used by our authorized team. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse, buy merchandise, contact us, submit music, subscribe to emails, or connect a social account.
Information we collect
Information you provide may include your name, email address, contact details, account information, delivery and billing addresses, order details, messages, music submissions, social links, and files you upload. Team activity may include content drafts, approvals, publishing history, and account connections.
Our hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, timestamps, security logs, and usage information. Cookies and browser storage support sign-in, the cart, and preferences. See our Cookie Policy for available choices.
How we use information
We use information to operate the website, manage accounts, process payments and orders, arrange production and delivery, provide support, review submissions, communicate about releases and merchandise, manage authorized publishing, and protect against fraud or misuse. We also use records to meet accounting, legal, and dispute-resolution obligations.
Newsletter subscriptions are used for news and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email. Transactional messages about purchases, security, or support may still be sent.
Payments and fulfillment
Stripe processes payments. Payment details are provided to Stripe; our store receives transaction references, payment status, and information needed to manage your order rather than storing your full card number or security code.
Stocked merchandise is fulfilled by Autumn + Colour. For products fulfilled through Printful, we share the order items, recipient contact information, and shipping address needed to produce and deliver the order. Shipping carriers and other fulfillment providers receive information necessary for delivery.
Social account connections
When an authorized team member connects Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or X, we receive the account or Page identifiers, account names, granted permissions, and authorization tokens needed for the connection. We store connection details and publishing results to identify the selected destination and manage delivery. Social passwords are entered with the platform, not collected by Studio.
For TikTok, the connection requests basic profile access to identify the account and video upload access to send a selected video to TikTok. The account holder completes the publishing flow in TikTok. For other connected channels, authorized publishing sends the selected media and post text to that platform. Access depends on the permissions granted and features available.
You can revoke access through the connected platform's app or account settings. To request removal of connection records, tokens, or other information held by Autumn + Colour, use the data request instructions below. Revoking access does not automatically delete content already delivered to a social platform; manage that content with the platform.
Service providers and sharing
We use Base44 for application hosting, data storage, authentication, and application services. Other recipients may include payment processors, fulfillment and shipping providers, email delivery providers, and social platforms used for an authorized action. Authorized team members access information relevant to their responsibilities.
If a team member uses an AI-assisted feature, the text and context submitted to that feature are processed by the AI service through our application provider to generate the requested output. Avoid including information that is unnecessary for the task.
We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or as part of a business reorganization or transfer subject to appropriate protections. Third-party websites and platforms handle information under their own policies.
Storage, retention, and security
We retain information for the purposes described here, including ongoing services, order history, accounting, security, and resolving disputes. How long it is needed varies by the record and applicable obligations. Deletion requests may be subject to those obligations; retained copies are limited to the continuing purpose. Backup copies may remain until the relevant backup cycle expires.
We use access controls and encrypt stored Studio authorization tokens. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries; protections and rights can vary by location.
Your choices and data requests
To request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, email info@autumnandcolour.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Include the email address or connected account associated with the request and describe what you want us to do. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or authorization tokens.
We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. We will respond under applicable law, explain any limits on a request, and provide available next steps. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, appeal a decision, or complain to a privacy regulator.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails and manage browser storage through your browser and Cookie Preferences. Withdrawing a social platform permission stops further access under that permission but does not undo earlier authorized processing.
Children
The store, accounts, submissions, and Studio are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
