Minor Crisis

Formed in Atlanta, Georgia during the early 2010s, Minor Crisis brought together musicians whose histories were rooted in some of heavy music's most influential underground bands while pushing toward something entirely their own. Featuring former members of acclaimed metalcore acts—including drummer Joey Hulsey (The Chariot) and guitarist Roy Goudy (Zao)—the band traded familiar aggression for a darker, more atmospheric approach that blurred the lines between electronic rock, post-hardcore, and cinematic alternative music.

Rather than relying on genre conventions, Minor Crisis embraced contrast.
